WAIVERS

Every participant must sign a Release Waiver prior to sauna use. Adults over the age of 19 must sign the ADULT WAIVER. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under the age of 19 using the MINOR WAIVER and MUST accompany the minor in the sauna at all times.

For long-term rentals, a RENTAL AGREEMENT form must be signed. The signing party is responsible for ensuring all participants sign the appropriate waivers (Adult or Minor) and that all sauna rules are adhered to.
